erm, depends what you're looking for. Clarke Quay's only worth it on Sundays...and the toy stuff is slowing down. Carrefour's got the best deal so far for RiD.

I suspect the TRUs have the same stuff

TRU Marina has some stuff on clearance. Cygirls, old SW crap, trek...Junk.
