Dunno about Singapore, but 3 3/4 Joes were out in Spain when I lived there. The packaging was changed to "The International Hero" (en espanol, of course) or something like that. The toys themselves were indentical to the US versions as far as I know.

In fact, US toys were just about all I can remember seeing there.

Other interesting tidbits: MOTU was HUGE when I lived there. Thats when I sold them all, EVERY SINGLE ONE I had at a yard sale. Knight Rider was one of the most popular shows on TV.
