Hi everyone. First of all, please take the time to read at least the first two paragraphs of this before you consider it to be junk mail. I can assure you it is not. This is a completely new idea I had, and I want to share it with all of you.
I'm sure everyone has heard of the PayPal letters going around promising to make you lots of money for a small investment with next to no work involved. Those are on the borderline of legality. My idea here is to provide a REAL SERVICE to everyone who reads this letter. This IS NOT A CHAIN LETTER, It is a Lottery Ring for those who enjoy playing the lottery!
Wouldn't it be great if someone sent you money to play the lottery, AND gave you LUCKY NUMBERS too? Here's how to make it happen.
I'll admit it, I sometimes enjoy playing the lottery, I don't win much, but the state uses the profits to benefit the older folks, so I consider my losses as a donation. Sometimes, I wish I had a LUCKY NUMBER to play, that's how I came up with this idea. It involves a little work, but you will be paid for your effort.
Here are the steps (in order) to follow to make lots of money, and maybe more, if you should win your state's daily three digit drawing.
1. You need a PayPal account (obviously). PayPal was offering $5.00 for signing up, I'm not sure if they still do this. If so, that's better yet.
2. Just like the others, you send $5.00 to the person on the top of the list, but, here's where this system is different. Ask that person to reply back with their favorite lucky three digit number. That is a LEGITIMATE service that they are providing you, it's not just the usual "add me to your list."
3. (Optional, but recommended) Play that number on the day that you receive it. I'm not asking you to share your winnings with anyone on this list, that's entirely your choice if you want to.
4. Send $1.00 to the person on the bottom of the list because they are the key to it all. Thank them for their service! (Read Step 7 to understand this.)
5. Edit this message and remove the person at the top of the list, move everyone else up one position, and add yourself to the bottom of the list.
6. Send this message to as many people as you can, especially your friends and relatives, and encourage them to follow the instructions.
7. Keep sending this until you get 20 messages thanking YOU for your service (That also means you get $20). You are the "List Manager" and this whole system depends on you.
8. Last Step, VERY IMPORTANT! You MUST reply to EACH AND EVERY $5.00 payment you receive, thank them, and give them a lucky three digit number! That's what makes this work, and that's what keeps it legal.
That's all there is to it. Eight easy steps. You'll get $20 right away for your effort of sending the letters out, and when you reach the top of the list, there will be lots of people sending you $5.00 each. Just remember step 8.
I'm not going to promise outrageous income from this, as others have done. It is highly possible for EVERYONE to earn money if you STICK WITH IT... It can take some time to get twenty replies, but it WILL be worth it.

Now that you have paid the 1st person and 4th person and sent them both a note, and placed your e-mail address in the 4th place, the only thing left to do is to mail out as many copies of this letter as you can. It is the job of the 4th person on the list to ensure there are at least 20 replies. The 4th person is the manager of the system! If there are not at least 20 replies then the 4th person must keep sending the letter until there is. That's what makes this work.
PLEASE NOTE: This is 100% legal. Refer to US Postal and Lottery Laws, Title18, Section 1302 and 1341, or Title 18, Section 3005 in the US code. Also, the code of Federal Regulations, Volume 16, Section 255 and 436, states that a product or service must be exchanged for money received. In the case of the first person, you are being given your lucky number for a small fee, and, in the case of the fourth person, you are being
paid to manage the list.
SOME HELPFUL ADVICE:
How to spread the word...
When you have read this letter, simply copy and paste it into your favorite text editor or word processor to make the necessary changes (adding your e-mail, etc). Good old Windows Notepad will work fine.
Use your browser, (I like FireFox) and try searching for various newsgroups (on-line forums, message boards, chat sites, discussions.)
For example you can use any search engine like metacrawler.com, msn.com, yahoo.com, google.com, altavista.com, excite.com then you search for "web discussion" or "money forum" or "money making message board" or "employment message board" or "money making discussions" or "money making forum" or "business message board" etc. You will find thousands of message boards. Try them one by one until you will find the option to post a new message.
One important thing to remember is to BE VERY CAREFUL not to offend the moderator of the group! Make sure to post in an appropriate group, and NEVER, NEVER post MULTIPLE COPIES in the same group. Doing so can cause the group moderator to contact your ISP accusing you of spamming.
Please DON'T post on obvious spam sites. We all want to help each other here, and NOT fill our inboxes up with trash. A very good anti-spam program is Ella Anti-Spam. It works with Outlook and Express. I use it myself.
Visit these message boards and post this letter as a new message by using copy / paste. Fill in the Subject, try to make it something that will get attention, but not look like spam or something tacky. This will be the header that everyone sees as they scroll through the list of postings in a particular group.
All it takes is a little of your time and we can all make some honest money. HONESTY IS A MUST! If you just add yourself to the top thinking you'll make fast money, you won't! This system depends on us all
working together.
