Ahem As a person of NATIVE blood, the discription you gave above goes for every last person on this land except for , lets say, half of my people. After speaking to and elder of the fam. I have found out I have the "old" way of thinking on this subject. 1. you can't "discover" an inhabited land. 2. If your going to live in someones country, be a part of it, not apart from it. A group with in a group is trouble waiting to happen, and so it does. 3.If you have new ways for the country, share, don't force. And its a crying shame what has happend and what has been done to the aboriginal ppl of this planet. yer i watched a special they had on tv called 500 nations and to hear what happened to the indians was a shock ,I never heard of such cruelty been perpertrated on any one before,But then again Australia is not blameless in the way it we have treated its indigiunous ppl either!"ecc:8:9 Man dominates man to his injury" However, as a person raised in a military house hold, I have learned a great respect for many peoples. But have mixed views because of the native history I've learned. The English are hard core fighters, and really never do say die. The plus side of that is, in a war, your ally is one bad ass mother fu@ker! But on a one to one basis, as a native, they simply snob their way through any native attitude, and kill the mud people. The French I never learned respect for because they, not the English, according to the history the Natives keep, were the first to kill, rape and steal my people. Plus they don't seem to care about anything. Australians, also battle dogs. You want these guys on your side in war time. But they to have almost no obvious respect for native people, culture, lands or history. Never killed us as far as we have documented, so I still have a soft spot for these jerky sh*te heads. HEHHE yes! but not quiet true, we are learning to respect other cultures! and I sure we would never like to offend other cultures especially when we are guest in there land,as we would like them to do to us! Americans? That would be all of the above, plus. Or don't you remember? :P I can go on and on telling you whats beautiful and whats horrible about anyone. But the truth is, as long as Anyone, anytime comes to any country and takes what it offers, but remains in they're own world, never blends, never becomes part of the country, you'll have many many problems! Tell me about it! we have cut down the trees dug up the land and ruined the water,now all our land is turning to salt plains, our damns are near empty, without the trees we have a continueing drought, and the top soil is blowing away!Now we have multi cultralisim and now what community we did have is being fractured "a war just waiting to happen!"I swear if I didn't know better i would say the land it self is trying too spit us off it... As for history?? You must always remember, theres 3 sides to evey story. Ours, theirs, and the truth. So lets just get along, watch some Monty Python, and sing some Doors tunes and be odd, while waiting for the next faux pas of Nie's. (So after your skin now mate) Love me 2 times baby.
