I just didn't have the nerve to say it AG but I had the same questions about dear WP... Read the interview that Monroe did on the Chats and Interviews page to get a beter feel for Wayne - I think it reflects much more of his character and less hype.

A part of me wants to believe that WP is erudite abet pale (Witchblade line there) but sometimes I wonder... still I don't see how he could have done such a spectacular job in the theatre without having read/enjoyed other plays. And I bet that he does read a bit in his spare time - now whether it is Hunting Magazines or the Aussie equivalent of the National Enquirer, I don't know.

I bet he does read music magazines - possibly Rolling Stone and that type.

And as for the kitchen hygiene part - I grew up in the Deep South in the States and it made no difference how clean the kitchen was, unless you poisoned the hell out of them, there were always roaches running about - and maybe he didn't mean the buggie kind of roaches - hummm?

But yes, I thought his answers were trite but then again - that particular questionaire always gets trite answers from actors...

Am I going on here???

Oh - a thought on him as fashion icon - doesn't his wardrobe scream - take me out and buy me clothes and then dress me, Mommy?

I am probably going to have to delete this thread but let's enjoy it until it gets completely out of hand, OK?
