As for the second question, I was sorta banned once from a board. Some friends and I talked about movies, or whatever. Remember Swordfish? Halle Berry was allegedly paid $250,000 to bare her breasts--that is, $250,000 EACH, for a total of $500,000! I said on the board that for $250,000, I'd cut mine off and let them HAVE them!
