In what seemed fairly predictable the bison were a unanimous choice as pre-season champ. They got all 14 votes that they could (you can't vote for your own school). What I thought more interesting was Chris McNaughton getting the pre-season POY nod. I like the choice as a biased alumae, But I think Hamilton (HC) is more likely to have more touches per game becuase the Bison attack is so balanced. What does anyone else think

The last time a POY came from a non-first place team was 96-97 when Adonal Foyle won it with 3rd place Colgate. Rob Feaster also won it with 4th place Holy Cross in 94-95. Every other POY has come from the regular season first place team (or tied for first).
