Agreed.......Landis isn't afraid to schedule and it is nice to get Penn at home.

I wouldn't mind seeing more of our teams take on D1 weaklings like Buffalo and Army. Of course, after our success, these guys aren't likely to schedule anymore!

I believe Colgate is definetly the team to beat until beaten. Branch is going to have some big, big games this year.

read that 'Nova is a two year contract, presumably they visit us next year. i am generally just as happy with a quality 1-AA team as a weak 1-A on the schedule and 'Nova is an excellent choice for us particularly if we get a reurn game.

i find football difficult to predict in general and success of individual recruits particularly difficult. having said that, i get the distinct impression there are some very good prospects in the freshman class particularly on the line. i'd gues more consistently competitve this year, but not ready to challenge for the title. will be happy to be proven wrong.

I also found the comment that we landed our top three quarterback recruits very interesting. Under the Landis offense, alot of talented could come to Bucknell because they don't fit the traditional drop passer roll of a West Coast offense or Pro Style set.....Wilson is a good example. He'll thrive this year in the system and under Coach Gadd his big moment of the year would have been senior day.

I was upset that Stallworth got no pro looks at all...........
