received my media guide. presumably others have as well, but i'll share for those who haven't.

tentative schedules for 2005 and 2006 are listed:

2005 OOC: @Cornell, Marist, @Penn, Villanove, TBA

2006 OOC: Duquesne, Cornell, @Richmond, @Marist, Penn

not bad in my estimation but would prefer not both Duq and Marist in the same year. i like the A10 games, but wouldn't mind seeing an inter-regional game as well.

They really have no choice, given the continuing deterioration of the MAAC.

I would still like to see a very difficult D2 football game with Bloomsburg, a perenial top 25 D2 football.

I know it won't happen.....just a local thing.

generally any school in a 1AA AQ conference outside the East would fit the bill.

specific examples would include:
SoCon: Citadel, Wofford or Furman
Gateway: Northern Iowa or Youngstown St.
Big Sky: Portland or Sacramento St.

FG if your gonna fulfill my wish, I'll choose a home and home with Furman.

You should know the union doesn't allow me to grant wishes unless I impart a moral lesson. If you insist on chosing opponents based on playoff representation, I'm afraid you'll have to deal with a lot of dwarfs, spinning wheels, and enchanted livestock.

I doubt most of the schools you've listed want to travel to Bucknell. Outside the playoff cartel, there are a few possibilites.

UC Davis would be a good choice if coach Landis wants to reconnect to his California recruiting base. In fact, most schools in the Great West conference are looking for games.

As a future alternative to Marist, Bucknell could raise the bar somewhat by scheduling from the Pioneer, a league with which Landis is very familiar.

I've heard stories that Dayton is a possibility for the Bison, but fairy tales can have unexpected endings.
