Subject: bald spot?



i noticed that cinnabun has a bald spot on his left side as you can see in the pic (hopefully). i think his previous owner either shaved him or something b/c on close inspection it looks like it was cut... there's a little tuft of fur thats in the middle. I was wondering why this fur isn't growing back. i've had cinnabun for about 3 weeks now and i haven't seen any fur growing back. any advice?
