Subject: An answer and a question>>

Ok,first,I notice alot of people ask 'Is my bunny depressed?' or they are saying how their bunny has suddenly changed in attitude or whatever,well...I might have an answer. When my sister took her rabbit to the vet to get neutered, he said that rabbits can very EMOTIONAL.I think he is probably right. My sister's rabbit lives in her room and you can tell when the bunny is mad, whoa, watch out! Little bundles of joy appear all over the place(just when he is mad, otherwise he goes in his 'poo boxes'.Anyway,I thought this would offer some insight into your bunnies' mental status or whatever you want to call it:-)My question is,which is similar to what LilYoda posted,is we have a purebred Netherland Dwarf buck and he is sooooo hyper! He hops around the cage all day, eats most of his food,is completely hyper, yet is thin.Is this like common with Dwarfs like the Netherland to be hyper and thin(concentrated energy?)?You walk by his cage and he starts bouncing off the sides, which gets annoying after a while, which we like to call binking.I think I read on the Acme board, someone said they call it binking when their rabbit is hopping/bouncing/frolicking around,I think it is a cute word:-)Anyway,his name is Buster, but lately we call him the 'Steroid Bunny',he looks like some thin and trim weight lifter, but we are wondering why all this hyperness? It sounds like the same problem that LilYoda had.Thanx a bunch!
