Well sometimes it takes more time.

I know with Bilbo, he went to the bathroom in 3 corners when I first got him. He also used his hay box to go to the bathroom in too. And he'd lay in it all day long.

After I blocked off the other corners and had 2 boxes in there, he finally chose where he wanted to go and eventually he figured things out.

Maybe someone else has some ideas for you, but don't be discouraged. Eventually she'll figure things out.
