oh, I didn't mean a well fixed house, something improvised. If you could make one whole (your bunny won't care if it is crooked or something) in that house you could pass a wire by the door and out by the whole and just attach it to the wall. If you don't have wire then just a rope that it doesn't matter if he eats? all cotton maybe? Even if the house still moves it doesn't matter, as long as it can't move until the hole downstairs.
Well, if you don't succeed in that, you can still try to give him a few other smaller boxes to toss around that might distract him from moving his house, since they will be new. Try cereal boxes, tea boxes, crakers boxes (any food cardboard box is safe), and toilet paper rolls and some bigger ones like from present wrapping paper or paper towels. And if you have maybe wood blocks? These are all my mice favorites, I am sure bunnies like them also.and paper bags:) .
