First of all...congrats on getting a bunny! I'll be getting my first one next month sometime. The breeder said they'll be availible around the 18th. 8^) I'm really excited!

For the first couple days, just let your bunny get used to her new surroundings. Keep things quiet, and calm around the part of the house where your bunny will be kept.

After a couple days, open the door to the cage (if that's the kind of cage that you can do that with...I know there are some different models.), and let your bunny come out on her own. She might get scared if a big strange arm and hand reaches in the cage!

Be sure to bunny proof the area of the house your bunny will be in before you let her out! That's really important.

I don't know what else should be done, actually. That all seems like it to me.

Oh yeah - if you have kids (I don't know your age), or if you have friends that want to go see the bunny, let only a couple at a time take a peek. Remind them to be quiet around her, so she won't get scared. 8^)

Again, congrats!
