I think it is VERY important not to make a single reply to posts that want to mess up things or are rude. These people like to start arguments, so they wait for rude replies. If they don't get any and are totally ignored, not even another post saying that we have a troll, they will get bored after few tries and go away. And this board will always stay all nice :).
