you have to go to webshots and right click on the photo you want to put up. click on properties and then copy the http://line of info.

then Embedding an Image in the Message Area. You can also post several pictures in one message, by posting them in the body of the message. You will need to include the HTML tags so the pictures show up correctly. In the message field type < img src="http://www.servername.com/yourimagename.jpg" >

remember when you type this you will not leave any space after this < symbol or before this > symbol (i have to do it in the example or you won't see it.
