Subject: Following the Commercial Break

~When we return from the commercial break, we head backstage and catch up with Shelton Benjamin, who is shown standing by watching a replay of the ending of the David Flair/Rey Mysterio match.~



~A voice is then heard from behind him.~ “You’d better watch yourself come Sunday, that one’s just a LITTLE crazy.”













~The camera then pans out to reveal the voice belonging to Shawn Michaels.~


~Benjamin turns to him with his eyes wide.~ “Wow… Shawn Michaels… ‘The Heart Break Kid!’ Shelton Benjamin, it’s an HONOR.”

~Benjamin extends his hand, which Shawn shakes as he speaks.~ “I’ve been watching you, kid, and let me tell you… I’m impressed. I don’t think this business has ever quite seen anything like you, and that’s what they used to say about me, so keep it up.”

~Shawn taps him on the shoulder and goes to walk past, but Shelton holds him back by the arm.~

Shelton: “Before you go, let me tell you something. When you face Kurt Angle on Sunday, don’t underestimate him. Kurt Angle is an absolute MACHINE. I truly believe that he cares about both Charlie and I, and you saw what he did to us. So if he could do that to people he cares about, I’d hate to think what he would do to you.”

~Shawn nods his head.~ “I wholeheartedly agree. Kurt Angle is not a man to underestimate. This is a man who beat Triple H, Jeff Jarrett, The Rock AND Scott Steiner all in the same night. This is a man who did what no one else could ever do, and what no one thought was possible… he made Big Poppa Pump TAP OUT. If he can make a guy like Scotty Steiner tap, he can make ME tap. The only thing is, for him to make me tap… he’s gonna have to CATCH me, first.”


~Just then, Shelton Benjamin is shoved from behind, and he cracks heads’ with HBK!~











~The fans then boo LOUDLY as David Flair grabs Shelton by the head, slamming him head first into a brick wall! Shelton crumbles to his ass, covering up as David stomps all over him. He then pulls back and SPITS in Shelton’s face, flicking blood at him~


“Welcome to Raw… BITCH!”

~The feed switches and we catch up with The Rock, who is in his ring gear, doing squats as he prepares for his upcoming match.~











~Chris Jericho then walks into the room, and Rock goes right into his face, still upset about being abandoned by his partner last week.~


~Jericho holds his hands up and takes a step back.~ “Whoa, whoa, personal space, assclown!”

~Rock sets his jaw and gets ready to attack, but Jericho goes on.~ “Listen, last week, when I left you to have your ass KICKED, well… I didn’t know that we’d have to team together tonight, and then again this Sunday at the King of the Ring. So, well… what can I say? It sure blew up in my face, didn’t it?” ~He shrugs his shoulders.~

~Rock glares down at him for a moment before speaking.~ “It blew up… in your face… did it? Well let The Rock tell you this…”

~Jericho cuts him off, getting right in his face.~ “Tell me WHAT, Rock? That you’re gonna kick my candy ass, huh? Well DO IT, Rock… and then go out there and face JBL and AJ Styles on your own, and then go it on Sunday WITHOUT Y2J… If Ya Smeee---“

~Rock then drills Y2J with a right hand, but before it can go any further, Rey Mysterio storms into the room, getting between the two!~













~Rey holds his hands up on either side, trying to keep them apart!~ “Hey! Hey! Hey! Back off! PLEASE! Come on guys… Flair just told me that I’m your third man against Smackdown! at the PPV, and I just made a call and got our fourth… but we’re gonna get KILLED guys if you can’t keep it together!”


~Rock and Jericho stand across from one another, and Jericho blows up.~ “I can keep it together, talk to THIS Jackass!” ~He rubs his jaw from the punch and storms out of the room.~

~Rock is left behind, about to go after him but is held back by Mysterio.~


JR: “How are these two going to work together tonight! They will face JBL and AJ Stytles, and they will have to pull it together because their match is coming up NEXT!”
