“I Don’t Suck!” blasts over the speakers, bringing out the Olympic gold medalist, Kurt Angle! The fans boom with boos as he walks down to the ring, gold medal dangling around his neck as he takes a mic and begins to speak.


Angle: “So Shawn Michaels finally decided to come out of hiding after the beating I laid down on him and accept my challenge last Monday night on Raw. Well Shawn, I’ll give you credit… you’ve got guts. I guess they’re right, HBK has always had more guts than brains. Come the King of the Ring, Shawn, your guts are going to be splattered all over the ring for all to see because you’re stepping into the ring with the baddest SON OF A BITCH in UCW! Not only am I going to break your ankle and make you TAP, I’m going to embarrass you and make you regret ever getting back into the ring! But that’s Sunday… tonight is the Kurt Angle Invitational. So watch closely Shawn, because this one might interest you.”













Smackdown's theme starts up again, as the UCW border reads "Michael $hane". The new talent walks out and raises his hand to get approval from the crowd.


Dreamer: "Michael Shane...I know that na...Oh...THAT Michael Shane."

Angle: "So, kid, what's your name and where you from?"

"...Michael $hane...San Antonio, Texas!”

Angle: "And what's your claim to fame?”

Shane: "I'm a future UCW superstar. And not only that... I'm here to take on the best in the world... including you."

Angle's eyes widen: "And you've got as big a mouth as your cousin, Shawn Michaels!" He waits out a pop from the crowd. "And just like this Sunday, I'm gonna SHUT IT!"


With that, Angle drills him in the gums with the mic! Shane goes sailing from the shot, holding his mouth in pain as the bell rings! Angle starts to stomp all over him before dropping down in a mount position, taking him apart with precise right hands to the head. He then pulls him straight up to his feet and sends him crashing back down into the mat with a picture perfect German suplex!

Shane gets crunched head over heels into the canvas. He clenches up on his neck as Angle keeps on the assault! Kurt props him up in a corner and absolutely DRILLS him with a series of European uppercuts. He then squishes his cheeks together and starts to SCREAM at him!

"COME ON SHAWN! COME ON HBK YOU SON OF A BITCH!"


Kurt then begins to slap him across the face repeatedly, trying to fire him up! Shane gets struck repeatedly across the mouth. Angle yanks him out and into a bear hug. Kurt sets his feet and pops Shane over with a textbook belly to belly suplex! Kurt "Wooooo's" out to the crowd before pulling him up and shoving him into the ropes. Shane goes bouncing off the ropes and ducks under an Angle lariat. He keeps onto the other side, and comes flying at Kurt with a forearm shot to the top of his head!

Shane crashes next to Angle and rolls onto his knees, checking his lip for blood. He then yanks Angle up by the straps and yanks him up and down with an inverted Atomic Drop! Angle bounces around on his toes from the blow with his eyes wide. Shane then charges towards him, going for a Superkick, but Kurt catches his foot and spins him around into a German suplex, followed up by a second, and then a third! He then pops up to his feet, full of fire and PULLS DOWN THE STRAPS!

With Shane dazed, Kurt takes him up and over with an Olympic Slam, crashing him into the mat before latching onto him with a vicious Angle Lock! Shane clenches at his hair, trying to walk on his hands to the ropes! He reaches out to the bottom rope , stretching his arm as far as it will go, but just before he can grab it, Kurt drags him back into the middle of the ring and drops down, locking his legs around him! Shane howls out from the heel hook, yelling aloud and finally tapping on the canvas repeatedly!


“I Don’t Suck!” blasts over the speakers, but quickly dies out as Angle refuses to release the hold! Shane HOWLS out in pain and taps out feverishly, but Kurt continues to twist and torque his ankle out of joint!















The crowd then EXPLODES as HBK hops the railing and slides into the ring, stomping on Angle’s head! Kurt is caught by surprise and breaks the hold, stumbling up to his feet where Michaels rocks him with repeated right hands! He goes to fire him across, but Kurt reverses the Irish whip. However, Shawn comes flying off the ropes with a lightning fast forearm shot to the head that floors Angle!


Shawn lies on the mat for a moment before NIPPING UP to a pop from the crowd, bouncing on his toes and begins to stomp hit foot! Just as he goes to move in on Angle, he turns on a dime and BLASTS a SD! security guard with the Sweet Chin Music as soon as he races into the ring! However, this allows Angle to come in from behind, lifting HBK with an Olympic Slam, but Shawn floats over, sets his feet, and blasts Kurt with the Sweet Chin Music this time!

Angle goes sailing OVER the top rope and to the floor as HBK bounces around in the ring, revving the crowd up! He then goes to the outside, escaping through the crowd as security chases after him, leaving Angle knocked cold out on the floor as we go to a commercial break!
