“Live for the Moment” blasts over the speakers, bringing forth a loud amount of boos as Matt Hardy Version 1, accompanied by his personal bodyguard Test appear at the top of the stage! Hardy slides into the ring and climbs the second ropes, flashing the V1 sign above his head as Test steps into the ring from over the top rope, cracking his knuckles, grinning out to the crowd.









“Live for the Moment” continues to play as Chris “The Future” Sabin walks out, stops at the top of the stage and throws both of his arms up above his head! He then turns his head to the entranceway as…










She’s Got Leeeeeegs! And She Knows How To Use Them!






“Legs” by Kid Rock blasts over the speakers, and the crowd then EXPLODES as the returning Stacy Keibler struts her stuff out onto the top of the stage, meeting up with Sabin and linking arms with him on their way down the ramp and to the ring! Sabin then slides into the ring as Stacy slowly, and sexily, steps through the middle ropes, stroking it ever so gently before giving her booty a little shake for the camera and entering the ring!


Version 1 is absolutely LIVID, his eyes bulging out of his head as he approaches the two, pointing over at Stacy and asking her what in the hell she thinks she’s doing?! Stacy simply informs him that she’s there to keep the peace and even things up, but that doesn’t sit well with Hardy as he approaches her with a balled up fist, prompting Sabin to deck him right in the mouth!

Test moves towards Sabin, but the ref gets in the way and orders Test and Stacy to the outside as Hardy goes rolling backwards and into a corner, staring forward at Sabin with eyes wide, nodding his head, checking his lip for blood before pulling himself back up as the bell sounds, and this 15 minute KOTR Quarter Final match is officially underway!

As the two men circle and go to lock-up, the crowd begins to chant “HAIL SABIN! HAIL SABIN!”, and this causes Hardy to back off and look all around the arena, wondering just what in the hell Future has done to create such a chant. They finally lock-up this time and battle for position, and Hardy takes the advantage, working Sabin back into a corner, giving a clean break… until he laces a chop across his chest, and then flashes the V1 sign!


“I’m V-Ooooooooooooone Uuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhh!”


The crowd then pops as Future grabs Hardy by the hair and tosses him in the corner this time, unloading with rapid right hands before firing him across! However, Hardy reverses the Irish whip and races in after Sabin, but Future quickly steps out of the way, allowing V1 to go chest first into the corner! As Matt stumbles out, Future leaps onto his back, taking him over with a crusafix pin for a close two count!

Right back on their feet, Hardy reverses another whip and pulls Chris into a knee to the mid section, going for the Twist of Fate! However, Sabin shoves him off into the ropes, and as soon as Hardy returns, Chris takes him up and over with a standing hurricanrara out of nowhere, hooking the leg for another close two count!

Version 1 rebounds back up to his feet and into the ropes, where Future immediately clotheslines him up and over and to the floor! The crowd cheers loudly as Test hurries over to Hardy, aiding him to his feet, rubbing the back of his neck, and encouraging him. Meanwhile, Sabin steps out onto the apron and takes a running start, flying off of it and onto his two Mattitude teammates with a running Shooting Star Press, taking all three men down to the floor! The crowd then breaks out into a HUGE chant of..


“HAIL SABIN! HAIL SABIN! HAIL SABIN! HAIL SABIN!”


Future is the first man to his feet, pulling Hardy up with him by the hair and rolls him into the ring. As Sabin crawls onto the apron, Test reaches up and grabs his foot, so Sabin kicks him right in the mouth, knocking him back down to his ass! This gives Hardy the chance to come forward and grab Chris by the head, jacking him throat first across the top rope with a stunner! Hardy then hooks Sabin for a suplex while he’s still standing on the apron, steps onto the middle ropes, and then brings Future crashing back into the ring with a springboard suplex, jamming him into the mat! Hardy quickly hooks the leg, but Future rolls his shoulder out at the count of two!

Matt now mounts Sabin and begins to unload with a series of closed fists before backing off, throwing the V1 sign above his head to a round of boos from the fans! He then stalks in after his tag team partner and hammers a forearm down onto the back of his head, leaning him against the ropes and fires him across, ducking his head for a back body drop; however, Sabin leapfrogs him and comes off the far side ropes, but he runs right back into a Side Effect for the one, two, and TWO! Sabin kicks out again!

The fans get firmly behind Sabin as Hardy pulls him up, meeting him with right hands and shoves him into a corner. V1 climbs the ropes, getting a height advantage on Sabin, and begins to hammer away on him, but Sabin steps forward and drops back, dropping Hardy chest first across the corner pads and rolls him up for a two count!

Right back on their feet, Sabin ducks a Hardy haymaker and pulls him down from behind with a reverse DDT for another two count! Future then pulls Hardy up and takes him over with a snap suplex, popping his hips and rolls through for a second, and as Test hops onto the apron, Sabin uses Hardy as a battling ram and shoves his feet onto Test’s chest, sending him flying into the barricade, and uses the motion to take Hardy over with another vertical suplex! Sabin rolls through for a third time now, but he hooks Hardy’s leg for a fisherman and hoists him up for the Future Shock!

However, Version 1 floats over, landing on his feet and hooks Chris by the waist, runs him into the ropes and goes to roll him up, but Stacy reaches up, grabbing a hold of Future’s arm, keeping him there. Hardy goes rolling backwards and then charges forward, but Sabin ducks out of the way, and Hardy stops himself just before running into Stacy! Sabin then comes up from behind, but Hardy goes low with a drop-toe-hold, and Sabin knocks Stacy off the apron! Matt then quickly pulls Future into the Twist of Fate out of NOWHERE, covering him up, hooking both legs for the one, two, three!


“Live for the Moment” blasts over the speakers as Matt Hardy will now advance to the second round of the tournament! He rolls to the outside and meets up with Test, making his way back up the ramp, flashing the V1 sign above his head!

Sabin sits up on his knees, pulling his hair back, looking out at Stacy in disbelief that she got in his way like that, holding his hands out to the side now, shaking his head in disappointment as she looks up at him from the floor, apologizing repeatedly.
