~Jeff Jarrett is standing in the center of the ring, pacing around with a mic.~


"Now THIS is how Raw should open up, with the conquering hero back and ready to crow ALL about it! And there aint a soul in this arena, in this company, and this world that can call me a liar now...because I SAID I was going to beat Shawn Michaels at Wrestlemania,and I did! Now, you can go talk everything you want to Josh Matthews, hell, you can say the same thing to Kurt Angle...but you gotta look in the mirror, and know one thing...last night...you were NOT better than Jeff Jarrett! I laid it all on the line, I'm a man of my word, a man of pride...and you know what that got you? A LOSS, Shawn! I learned a long time ago, that the working man is a SUCKER! And the only person to talk about a fair fight? Is the man that lost the last one!”











~"Sexy Boy" then blasts over the speakers, popping the crowd as HBK comes marching down the ramp in a hurry, mic in hand, speaking over the music.~


"Hold on, just hold on one minute here!" ~Michaels climbs into the ring.~ "Jeff Jarrett, I said it last night, and I'll say it again... you won, you beat HBK, by hook or by crook, but ya did. HOWEVER, as you all know, HBK doesn't lie down for NOBODY... and especially not TWICE! Now, I took a look at the sheet when I got here tonight, and I saw that we had nothing but tag matches booked. Seems as though everyone wants the night after WrestleMania off. It's always been said that I've got more guts than brain's, and you know what, that might just be true. When I looked at the sheet, I realized that you don't have a dance partner tonight, and it just so HAPPENS, that good 'ol HBK is in the mood for a FIGHT!"

~Shawn now stands directly in front of Jarrett, nose to nose.~ "That being said, I went and had a little chat with the GM, and it seems as though The Nature Boy wants some strong ratings tonight, so in his infinite wisdom he decided that right here tonight, in the MAIN EVENT where it belongs, it will be a WrestleMania rematch between The Heart Break Kid... and The Chosen One! So... choke on THAT, Slapnut!" ~Michaels drops the mic to the mat and backs off, exiting the ring to cheers from the fans as he makes his way back up the ramp.~

Jarrett: "I don't give a damn if you're lying down, tapping out, or face down in the parking lot. You don't believe I can do it? Fine...doubt me, Shawn. Do it again...Doubt me! And I'll show you, and everybody else who does the same thing...that there's a reason I'm out here with a win over you, and you're out here complainin' about it!"

~Shawn stands at the top of the stage and wiggles his fingers, telling Jarrett that he'll see him in the main event!~
