'Triumph' by WuTang Clan hits over the PA and the crowd pops as Ron "The Truth" Killings heads out from the back. When he gets down to ringside, he leaps onto the apron, and over the top rope. Bouncing on the balls of his feet waiting for Kurt Angle to make his way out.









"I Don't Suck!" then blasts over the speakers as Kurt Angle makes his way out from the back, a look of intensity spread across his face. He walks right down the ramp, forgoing his usual pose for his pyro as the crowd gets on him, chanting "YOU SUCK!" repeatedly to the music. Once inside the ring, he paces back and forth, psyching himself out and focuses in on Killings.

Once the music dies down and the bell sounds, the fans BLOW up into a chant of "CENA! CENA! CENA!" Kurt stares at the fans in disgust, brushing it off and calls Killings on. Killings moves in and goes for big right hand, he hasn't forgotten the chair shot from Angle, and he's looking for some pay back! Kurt gets drilled with the shot and stumbles backwards, right into a corner where Ron unloads on him even more. Ron then pulls him out of the corner and drills him with a short-armed clothesline, turning the Olympic gold medalist inside out! Angle rebounds to his feet and stumbles back into the ropes, dazed. Ron moves in on him, going to fire him across, but Angle holds on and reverses, pulling Killings into a HIGH impact over the head belly-to-belly suplex!

Killings hits the mat HARD clutching at his back. Reaching to the ropes, he starts trying to pull himself back to his feet. Kurt moves right in on him, going to work on his lower back, hammering forearm shots down onto it viciously. He then latches onto his waist and tries to take him over with a German suplex, but Ron refuses to release the ropes and be taken over. After about 3 attempts from Angle to get Killings over, Killings will not let go. He finally throws a back elbow to the side of Angle's head forcing him to let go. Killings then wraps his arms around Angle and takes him over in a beautiful overhead belly to belly of his own!

Kurt goes over and lands on his ass, rebounding up to his feet, in shock at the quick reversal. When Angle comes back up, Killings charges nearly taking his block off with a HUGE clothesline! He then drops down and starts putting rapid punches to the side of Angle's head. The ref finally separates the two giving Killings a warning about the closed fists.

Marissa: I wasn't even HERE last week and I can feel his intensity towards Angle!


As Killings moves away from the ref, Angle grabs him by the front of his pants and pulls him chest first into the corner, and then rolls him up with a schoolboy, turning it into the Angle Lock! Killings HOWLS out in pain, but quickly rolls forward, sending Kurt charging chest first into the corner himself, and then takes him out of the corner with a REVERSE monkey flip that bends Angle in half!! Killings wastes no time. Once Angle is on the mat, he leaps to the top turnbuckle, and takes flight going for a BIG elbow drop from the top rope! Ron hits dead on, and Angle's body quivers on the mat! Killings hooks the leg for the one, two, TWO as Angle rolls his shoulder free at the last second!

Killings is back up quickly stomping at Angle's ribs a few times before pulling him up and sending him into the far side ropes dropping down to deliver a back drop. Kurt halts his momentum with a stiff kick to the chest. As Killings straightens out, Angle goes for the Olympic Slam, but Ron floats over and lands on his feet, grabbing Kurt's wrist. He then pulls Angle into another short-armed clothesline, but Kurt goes around him with a German suplex! Angle keeps his fingers locked after driving him into the mat, taking him over a second time, and then a third, absolutely crunching him into the mat!

Angle pops right back up to his feet, feeling it now as he PULLS DOWN THE STRAPS, stomping up and down behind Killings before latching on another Angle Lock! Kurt twists and pulls at his ankle, screaming at him to "TAP OUT"! Killings won't give up. He's howling out in pain but he won't tap. He let's out a loud yell starting to get his other knee under him, then forces himself onto his foot. In desperation he executes a somersault breaking the Ankle Lock! Kurt takes a foot to the mouth and goes stumbling back into the ropes, staggering off of them. Killings pulls himself up, standing gingerly on his leg. Moving over to Angle, he delivers a few hard right hands to Angle's jaw, and then reaches down and hoists him into a fireman's carry! Killings is preparing him for the Death Valley Driver, only to have his ankle give out from the Ankle Lock! Angle nimbly floats down to his feet, and hoists Killings up in the ANGLE SLAM! He drills him to the mat and quickly hooks his leg for the cover for the one, two, and three!


"I Don't Suck!" blasts back over the speakers as Kurt Angle has once again turned away another challenge in the Kurt Angle invitational! Kurt rolls to his knees and stares down at Killings, wiping his mouth. He then snaps and grabs Killing’s foot, locking in another Angle Lock, twisting and turning on it and drops to the mat, wrapping him up with his legs until Truth is forced to tap out! Kurt finally releases him when officials swarm the ring and rolls to the outside, pulling his straps back up on his way to the back, grinning menacingly as we go to a commercial break.
