~The Smacktron lights up and we take the fans live via satellite to UCW headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, where Kurt Angle is seated in a green room, all by himself, looking into the camera.~


“At WrestleMania, I was screwed out of becoming the United States Championship by a nobody… and then humiliated by a has been…”

~The crowd boos as he continues.~ “John Cena doesn’t DESERVE to represent our country as the US Champion. He’s nothing but a thug and a degenerate… but as far as degenerates go, he doesn’t have anything on you, Shawn Michaels.”

~The crowd pops for HBK’s name.~ “I’m Kurt Angle, and I’m a WINNER… I don’t lose, especially not at WrestleMania. I’ve beaten Scott Steiner, The Rock, Jeff Jarrett, Lance Storm, and even that piece of shit Triple H ALL at WrestleMania… just to lose to John… Cena? Who in the HELL is John Cena? And then, to top it all off, instead of giving me a chance to protest the faulty decision of my match, they give a LOSER like Shawn Michaels a Smackdown! scheduled segment a chance to apologize for letting his fans down. Well, HBK, I hope you enjoyed that Sweet Chin Music you blindsided me with, because it’s never going to happen again… especially after last Monday night.”

~Kurt breaks out into a sadistic grin as the fans begin to boo.~ “People have been asking me all week long, ‘how could you have such hatred for him to do what you did JUST from what happened at WrestleMania?’ Well, that’s where they’re all wrong. I hate you now, I hated you before WrestleMania, and I hated you even BEFORE I ever came into the business. You see, while I was winning an Olympic gold medal with a broken freakin’ neck and becoming an American Hero, all anyone was talking about in 1996 was ‘The World Champion the Heart Break Kid Shawn Michaels’ gliding down from the rafters at WrestleMania 12 and beating Bret Hart. A boyhood dream became a reality after a lifetime of hard work, dedication, and sacrifice… and all they could talk about was YOU beating Bret Hart! Well I WON the only EVER Olympic gold medal in world class HEAVYWEIGHT freestyle wrestling, and I was the rightful World Champion!”

~Angle’s face becomes even more red as he continues.~ “Shawn Michaels, you’re nothing but a degenerate and a piece of shit. You don’t even deserve to lace up my boots… BUT… at the King of the Ring, when Smackdown! meets Raw… if you haven’t left your ‘testicular fortitude’ back at Playgirl, lets see what you can do against Kurt Angle. You’re good, Shawn, don’t get me wrong… but I’m as good as it gets, baby. And come the King of the Ring… I’m going to make… you… TAP!”

~He looks directly into the camera.~ “Oh It’s True… It’s DAMN True.”
