~""La Resistance" plays out as Marie-Claude is shown sitting at her cafe table in the middle of the ring, with René Duprée sitting beside her. The ring is decked out in the usual Café de Marie decor, with a couple streetlamps. Marie has a mic in her hand, which she now raises to her lips.~


"Monsieurs et mesdames... welcome to Café de Marie!! First and foremost, René and I would like to send our best wishes to our dear friend, Sylvain... mon cher, la table est vide sans toi!! Second, I would like to dedicate dis very special segment of Café de Marie to my friend Carlito. Hopefully one day you will learn how to properly put on a show."

~She smiles brightly.~ "Now, witout furder ado, may I present to you my guests for dis evening... monsieurs et mesdames, let me tell you, it does NOT get better dan dis. Because I 'ave not one, but TWO of de biggest names in sports entertainment... no, excusez-moi, make dat DE two biggest names in sports entertainment!!! Monsieurs et mesdames, dey run Smackdown! so wonderfully, dey bring dis wonderful product to you... dey are none oder dan... JESSE HART AND ATENE!!!!!"















~The opening drumming to Dope's "Debonaire" begins to pound over the speakers, signaling the arrival of the World Champion and General Manager! Jesse Hart and Athene walk out after a few moments, both dressed in their street wear, Hart with the championship draped over his shoulder. Once at ringside, Hart climbs into the ring and sits on the ropes for Athene, holding them open for her.~


~Athene swings a long, toned leg through the ropes before her body follows through and she enters the ring to meet Marie and René, who have stood up and applauded for the entrance of Jesse and Athene. Jesse nods to both Marie and Rene and looks out to the crowd, leaning a forearm on the ropes, adjusting the championship.~

~As the music dies out, Marie offers a second mic to Athene so she can answer the question that Marie is about to ask.~ "Mademoiselle Atene... many were shocked dis Monday night to see dat Smackdown's own Rock had taken advantage of de open contracts and switched brands to Raw. Really, René and I know dat dis is no problem to a professional such as yourself, but many oders 'ave been asking... Does dis 'ave you concerned? Do you tink you will lose more big names to Monsieur Ric Flair?"

~Athene graciously accepts the ass-kissing from Marie, then smirks at bit at the question.~ "I'm actually glad you asked that Marie, because I would like to take this opportunity to show the world... well, what a dumbass Ric Flair is. The fact is, he didn't STEAL Rock from us... he took that waste of money off our hands. The fact is the Rock demands big money for only a part time schedule, and you know what? He's just not that good. He's not worth it. So now Smackdown's got all this money freed up for someone who will actually EARN it. And Flair's gonna quickly learn what a big mistake he made by signing Rock. Flair is proving week in and week out just how senile he's getting. He's too old to be able to handle running a whole show and a whole roster. Ric, you say you've been in this business longer than Jesse's been alive like it's a GOOD thing. But all that is is more proof that you've been in the game for FAR TOO LONG. I'll admit it Ric, you're a legend, but you're ruining your rep by sticking around. Cut your losses and leave Raw to those of us who are still young enough to have the wits to know what we're doing."

~The crowd showers Athene with boos as she insults Ric, so she waits them out with a smirk a few moments before continuing.~ "And as for your second question, no Marie, I am NOT worried about losing more talent. Because the fact is, Smackdown is the place to be. Who would willingly go to a second rate show? This business is about proving you're the best, and you can't do that by wrestling second rate wrestlers... you do it by wrestling the best. Christian realized that, and yes, John Cena knows it too. Kiss his ass all you want Ric, the doctor of Thuganomics isn't budging, because he knows we're the number one brand in sports entertainment."

Marie: Why thank you, Atene, dat was very well said. Now, Monsieur Hart... we 'eard some strong words from Randy Orton on Monday, meant for you and you alone. 'E 'as also challenged you to a match at de King of de Ring... where it would be Champion vs Champion... Monsieur Hart, de WORLD wants to know... what is your answer to de challenge???”

~Hart takes Athene’s mic and waits out a chorus of boos before speaking.~ “Before I answer that, I’ve got my own agenda here. If getting punked out at WrestleMania wasn’t enough for Triple H, becoming my BITCH last week better had been. What you all saw happen last week in this very ring, was an army come together. You asked Athene if she was worried about losing more talent to Raw, well that should answer your question right there. Each and every one of those soldiers, from Rene here to Muhammad Hassan, and even ALL of Evolution, have put pen to paper and locked themselves down on the good guy’s Brand. Orton, life as you know it… is over. Later on tonight, MY Evolution will go on to win the Tag Team Championship and then move on to take out your Authority at the King of the Ring. Kurt Angle will make Shawn Michaels Tap Out… if HBK grows a pair and shows up. Hell, even Athene’ll put boot to ass to The Nature Boy!”

~Athene looks over at Jesse with a nod as he continues.~ “I said it last week Orton, and I’ll say it again. I declare WAR on Brand Monday Night Raw! You want to put it all on the line, one on one, in a match against Jesse Hart? You’ve got it.”

~The crowd goes WILD for the announcement, but Hart continues to speak over them.~ “King of the Ring, the main event of main events, when worlds collide, title vs title… I’ll be happy to take your soul. But you just keep this one thing in mind. On the night before the biggest match of your life, when you get down on your hands and knees, you don’t pray to God… you pray to me. You pray that Jesse Hart lets you SURVIVE the King of the Ring. You pray that Jesse Hart leaves you with a semblance of a life. Don’t pray for your career; don’t pray for your health, because none of it will be there in the end. Randy Orton, you just pray that I’m gracious enough to allow you to LIVE by the time I’m done with you.”

~Hart glares out to the arena with a stone cold look across his face as the crowd showers him with boos. There is nothing but silence between Marie-Claude and Athene, but before Jesse can continue…~















GLASS SHATTERS!







~The crowd then ERRUPTS as STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN comes riding down the ramp on a four wheeler! He tears down and does a lap around the ring before parking it, standing on the bike and flashes the Stone Cold Salute!~


Jax: “WHAT THE HELL?! WHAT THE HELL?!”

Dreamer: “I think what my partner is trying to say is… STONE COLD! STONE COLD! STONE COLD!”

Marissa: “Oh dear lord…”


~Austin now climbs into the ring and BMF walks right past Athene, going to a corner and flips a double bird! He then goes past Marie and Rene, who quickly get out of his way, and climbs another corner! He then goes to a third and descends, going for the fourth, but finds himself face to face with the champ! The two stare one another down, and then Austin gives HIM the double bird and walks right past him, climbing the fourth and final corner to cheers from the fans!~

~Hart has now had enough and screams over the music in his low, bass-filled voice until it is cut.~ “AUSTIN! AUSTIN! AUSTIN! What in the HELL do you think you’re doing?!”

~Stone Cold calls for a mic, which is tossed to him, and he stands right in front of Hart and speaks.~ “WHAT?”

~Hart’s eyes grow wide with anger.~ “Don’t start with me…”

Austin: “WHAT?”

Hart: “You don’t…--“

Crowd: “WHAT?!”

~Hart looks out to the crowd with anger, and Stone Cold can do nothing but laugh.~

Austin: “Ok, ok, Stone Cold just wanted to have a little fun, but now I’m all ears.”

~Hart hesitates, not wanting to speak, but he begins to do so at Austin’s insistence.~ “This had bette—“

Crowd: “WHAT?!”

~Hart now paces around the ring, visibly PISSED off, as well as Athene, but Marie-Claude can’t help but hide her enthusiasm, whispering to Rene that “dis is all on MY show!”~

Austin: “Alright, seriously now, Stone Cold has got some questions to answer…”

Crowd: “WHAT?!”

Austin: “A query…”

Crowd: “WHAT?!”

Austin: “A by God test!”

Crowd: “WHAT?!”

Austin: “So what Stone Cold is gonna do…”

Crowd: “WHAT?!”

Austin: “Is look you in your beady lil eyes…”

Crowd: “WHAT?!”

Austin: “And give you a straight answer.”

Crowd: “WHAT?!”

~With that, Austin stares Hart in the eyes, and as soon as Hart mouths for him to answer, he’s met with a Kick, Wham, STUNNER! The crowd goes WILD as Hart goes sailing across the ring and ends up flat on his back, looking up at the lights!~

~Austin then paces around the ring all proud of himself until Athene spins him around, pointing a finger in his face.~ “I did NOT sign you to Smackdown! for this!”

~As quickly as the words come out, Austin replies with a kick, wham, STUNNER TO ATHENE! The crowd goes BALLISTIC as the General Manager is floored into the mat! Marie-Claude is quick to exit the ring amid all of the excitement, but Dupree gets caught in the crosshairs with a STUNNER as well!~

~Glass Shatters once again as Austin parades around the three laid out bodies, calling for a few brews! He catches two of them and cracks then open, toasting over Hart and Athene’s bodies! This wakes them up enough to roll out of the ring, trying to collect themselves as Austin takes a beer bath in the middle of the ring to the approval from the fans!~
