~When we return from the commercial break, Saliva’s “King of My World” is playing over the speakers, and we see the Heavyweight Champion, Chris Jericho standing in the middle of the ring surrounded by the set for the Highlight Reel!~









~The Heavyweight Championship belt is seated atop a table between the two chairs, and the champ begins to speak once the music dies down.~


Jericho: For those of you who don’t know me… I am Chris Jericho, your new HERO… your party host… the most charismatic showman to enter your living room via a television screen… and most importantly… I am YOUR Heavyweight Champion of the WOOOOOOORLD!

~The crowd goes ballistic, chanting “Y2J! Y2J! Y2J!” as Jericho continues.~ Not only was I a King of the Ring… not only AM I THE King of the World… but I am the KING of Monday nights because as we all know, RAW… IIIIIIIIIIIS… JEEEEEERICHOOOOOO!

~He paces around the ring, nodding his head to what he says.~ Week in and week out I take each and every single assclown that crosses my path downtown to “I just kicked your ASS town” because I AM going to go down as the KING… of Heavyweight Champions, BABAAAAY!

In my career I’ve beaten David Flair… I’ve beaten Jeff Jarrett… I’ve beaten Shawn Michaels… I’ve beaten TRIPLE H… ~The crowd pops LOUDLY.~… TWICE… and oh yeah, did I forget to mention that I’ve beaten YOU, Lance Storm?!

Come the Royal Rumble, 6 man HELL… in the CELL for MY Heavyweight Championship… I’ve just got three words for you all… Just… BRING IT!

~He does The Rock’s bring it hand sign.~ But tonight, I’ve got some junior assclown in the back who thought that he could beat ME, the KING of all you see… so Petey Willard, get your red and white covered ass out here from the North so I can stick my SEXY foot up your deep SOUTH, Jackass!



~A few moments then pass before Team Canada’s rendition of “Oh Canada” plays over the speakers, signaling the arrival of Petey Williams, accompanied to the ring by CHRISTIAN, just as we go to a commercial break!~
