R...E...Y....MYSTERIO....HERE WE GO?



"619" comes on the speakers as Rey Mysterio explodes from out of the Raw stage. He lands on his feet, circling around and comes right to the ring, slapping hands with fans on his way. Rey leaps into the ring over the top rope and circles his hands around one another, signaling for the 450 and listening to their approval. Rey removes his shirt and has a few words with the ref, getting his boots checked before waiting.


"Personal Jesus" answers Mysterio, sending out Sean O'Haire of the Authority. Sean unstraps his overcoat and steps through the ropes, tossing it into the corner and watching the much smaller Mysterio. O'Haire looks to the ref as if to say "Is he serious?" and pulls up on his elbowpad. Rey sizes him up and moves right in for a tieup. O'Haire misses the lockup as Rey dives low and chop blocks his knee!

Sean drops down to the canvas, and Mysterio is all over him from that point on. Rey plants a double footed dropkick in his head and backs up again, rushing forward with another one onto his leg. O'Haire finally moves up back to one knee and shoves Rey away for a second. Mysterio instead starts punching away at him while he's low and leaps up to give an enziguri in the back of his skull! Sean falls to the mat, as Rey pounces right on. Getting a one....tw....NOT Even a two count as O'Haire shoves him off! Mysterio turns and drops a leg across his neck, going for another pin attempt, getting only 2 on this one as well.

Rey rushes the other side and comes racing back towards him and Sean fires forward with a clothesline that almost beheads Mysterio! The latter man hits the mat awkwardly on his side as Sean rubs his head to get the kinks out. O'Haire hoists him up by the pants and lifts him skyward, hip tossing him high and into the turnbuckle! Rey falls to the mat as Sean moves over, grabs the top rope and starts to force his foot down into his throat.

Sean reaches down and grips hold of the straps on Mysterio's mask, and yanks him up by them again. He puts his fists up, MMA style and proceeds to send shots to his midsection and chest, finally finishing with a roundhouse that clips him in the back of the head. Sean then grabs him by the wrist and flings him chest first into the opposing turnbuckle. Rey puts his hands out to stop it and springs from the corner, to the ropes and back towards O'Haire with a flying bodypress. Sean catches him in midair and goes to flip him into the Widowmaker, but Rey scrambles out and adjusts onto his shoulders, arching backwards and sending him over with a huricanrana! O'Haire comes back to his feet, but Rey leaps into him, wrapping his legs around his waist, wheelbarrell style and goes up and down with a bulldog that plants Sean into the canvas!

OHaire bumps back up and stumbles to the ropes. Mysterio waves him forward and Sean flies into a rage, charging right at him with a wild clothesline! Rey falls into a drop toe hold, making Sean's neck snap against the 2nd rope and stop to catch his breath. Rey backs up, looks at the crowd and yells along with them..

 Mysterio races to the ropes and grabs on the top rope, going to spin around, right as Sean forces himself off the ropes and sees him whiff on the kick! Rey keeps moving through it and gets back on his feet as O'Haire scrambles away! Sean hits the opposing corner, thinking he's safe, but Rey rushes on the other side and swings around AGAIN, blasting O'Haire in the BACK of the head this time with his kick!

O'Haire flattens out on the mat from this one, as Rey sees his chance. He goes to the outside, pauses and springs himself into the ring, with a legdrop aimed at O'Haire! The second before Rey hits however, he's intercepted by a shoulder tackle from BATISTA!

The Demon's impact almost knocks Rey out of his boots and crashes him to the canvas. Referee Jimmy Korderas throws this one out, awarding it to Mysterio on a DQ right before he's superkicked by a rising O'Haire. Batista lifts Mysterio aloft and PLOWS him to the canvas with a Demon Bomb! Batista rolls away from him and goes to his knees, watching the carnage he's left again, before turning to O'Haire and barking. "THAT'S how you do it!" Sean rubs the back of his head, and gives Mysterio a snort, before rolling out of the ring and waiting on his partner to join him. Batista steps through, not giving Rey a second look before heading back up the ramp.
