Oooooooh Yeaaaaaah!






“Live for the Moment” blasts over the speakers, bringing out the Sensei of Mattitude, Matt Hardy. Version 1 walks down the ramp, flashing the V1 sign above his head before sliding into the ring.







Test… Test… This is a Test… Test







Mattitude’s enforcer, Test is next to make his way down to the ring, stepping in from over the top rope and nodding to Hardy.






I Do It For The Druuuuuugs! I Do It Just To Feeeeeel Aliiiiiive!







“Bottom of a Bottle” by Smile Empty Soul hits the speakers, and the crowd pops for the arrival of “The Future” Chris Sabin. He stops at the top of the stage and throws a fist above his head before making his way down, sliding directly into the ring and goes after Hardy.


Test intercepts him, however, and makes him do a full flip with a heavy lariat! Hardy joins Test as the two put the hurt on Sabin, stomping him into the mat. Hardy pulls him up to his feet and fires him across, ducking his head on the return. Future cradles his head and goes for a Tornado DDT, kicking himself off of Test’s chest on the spin, DRIVING Hardy head first into the mat to a HUGE pop from the crowd!

Hardy hits the mat hard and goes rolling to the outside. Back in the ring, Test is right back on the attack, but Sabin ducks under a right hand and connects with a few of his own, rocking him back. He goes to fire Test across, but the big man reverses the Irish whip; however, Sabin uses the top rope to attempt to spring himself over Test, but Test catches him in mid air on his shoulder. Test now rushes the ropes, about to toss Sabin over, but Chris holds onto the top rope and flips Test to the outside, skinning the cat and gets right back into the ring to yet another pop from the crowd!

Test and Hardy try to regroup on the outside, Version 1 barking orders at the big man. This is allows Sabin the time he needs to get a running start, leaping right OVER the top rope with a flipping senton, taking both Mattitude members right back down! The crowd then immediately breaks out into a chant of…


“HAIL SABIN! HAIL SABIN! HAIL SABIN! HAIL SABIN!”


Future picks Hardy up and rolls him back into the ring, following him inside and stops to look out to the crowd who cheers him on. Hardy uses this moment to his advantage and jams a thumb into Sabin’s eye, following it up with a spinning neck breaker that gets two. Matt pulls him up by the hair and tosses him back first into a corner, slapping him directly across the chest before firing him across, directly into a BIG BOOT by Test that almost decapitates his head!

Test holds his arms up in an “It’s Good” sign as Hardy flashes the V1 above his head proudly. Matt now gives Test the thumbs up, telling him to go up top to finish this one off. Test obliges and climbs up to the top rope, and then comes flying off with a HUGE elbow drop, but Matt pulls Sabin out of the way and Test gets nothing but canvas!

Hardy now stalks in on Test, and as soon as he stands, he hooks and JAMS him into the mat with the Twist of Fate! Matt goes for the cover, getting a one, two, TWO as Sabin breaks up the count! The crowd is firmly into this match as Sabin and Hardy now trade right hands, one after the other at a rapid pace, neither man letting up until Hardy breaks it up with a knee to the mid section. He now goes to fire him across, but Sabin reverses the Irish whip and catches Matt with a Hurricanrana out of nowhere on the return, covering for another close two count!

As soon as Future goes to pull Hardy up, V1 immediately hooks him for a Side Effect, but Sabin battles free with elbow shots to the head. As Hardy stumbles backwards and then forwards, Sabin lifts him into his shoulders, Samoan drop style, and then flings him off his shoulders and head first into his knee for another two count!

Test is now back into play, jumping Sabin from behind and immediately takes him up and over with a Pump Handle Slam! However, instead of going for the cover, he narrows his eyes on Hardy and picks him up, going for a Pump Handle on him too! As soon as he lifts him off the mat, Hardy kicks his legs wildly and floats over, hooking Test for a Side Effect! Test battles his way through and lifts Hardy above his head with a military press, tossing him onto Sabin as soon as he stands up. However, Sabin catches Hardy in mid air and keeps him spinning, right into a final cut DEEP into the mat!

Test now rushes Future with a big boot, but Chris ducks it and drills him with a leaping enzaguri to the back of the head, popping the crowd! Future now springs up to the top rope, measuring Test, but Hardy races up the corner and cradles his head, going for a Twist of Fate off the top! As soon as Matt turns for the spin, Sabin clutches the top rope and lets Hardy go flailing back first into the mat alone. He then sets his feet and takes flight with a Shooting Star Press, but Hardy gets his knees up at the last second!

The crowd pops for the back and forth as Sabin balls up on the mat, gasping for air. Hardy pulls himself up and takes a look around the ring before pulling Sabin up by the hair, going for a reverse Twist of Fate now. Future, however, spins free and hoists Hardy onto the top rope, staggering him there with a right hand. He then follows him up to the top, but Matt fights back, locking him in with a Side Effect.

Sabin now tries to battle free with all he’s got, and he finally causes hardy to lose his balance and fall crotch first on the top. Sabin now springs up to the ropes and immediately takes Hardy over with a Hurricanrana from the top, driving him into the mat! Future now pops back up to his feet, mocking Hardy by throwing the V1 sign above his head, but as soon as he turns around, Test DRILLS him with a Big Boot, making him go feet over head! Test now drops down onto Sabin, hooking the leg for the surprise one, two, and THREE out of nowhere!


The crowd is simply STUNNED as Test is announced as the winner and number one contender to AJ Styles’ International Championship!
