"Live for the Moment" blasts over the speakers, signaling the arrival of Matt Hardy, accompanied to the ring by his Mfer, Chris Sabin!










"I Am" answers Hardy and Sabin as the UCW International Champion, "The Phenomenon" AJ Styles comes out from behind the curtain. Styles has the title around his waist, and his hood over his head. AJ comes down to the ring and steps onto the apron, not lifting it up yet as he wipes his feet on the apron. Styles looks in at Sabin, and then to Hardy and then finally yanks his hood off for the crowd. AJ takes his vest off and then stands by the ropes, throwing it in Sabin's face and handing the title to the ref.


Sabin's eyes grow wide as he goes to lunge forward, but the official gets between him and Styles. Meanwhile, Hardy goes to sneak up around AJ, spinning him around, but Styles swings with a right hand, drilling Hardy right in the mouth! Styles Irish whips Matt into the ropes and they're off. He catches him coming back with a tilt a whirl that he spins into a stomach buster, jamming his knee into Hardy's midsection! Styles keeps right on the attack on Hardy, leaping down for a quick pin attempt!

As soon as Sabin goes to the outside, the official calls for the bell and counts Hardy down for two before he kicks out. V1 then crawls to a corner and pulls himself up, taking a quick breather. Styles then races in and leaps onto Hardy's chest with both feet, pushing off of them and does a full flip, landing on his feet and cradle's Hardy's head as he stumbles forward, hoisting him up for a suplex but drops him legs first across the top rope, snapping him back with a vertical suplex of his own!

AJ lifts Matt up by the chin and gives a low dropkick to the midsection, then pops for another to the head and when he lands, rushes forward to give a sliding kick to Hardy's skull! The crowd pops for the early fast paced action, and this prompts Sabin to climb onto the apron, just to be knocked right back down by a low dropkick to the knees through the ropes by Styles! As soon as Sabin hits the floor, AJ springs himself onto the top rope, about to dive out onto him when Hardy comes up from behind, shoving him off the top and into the barricade!!

Styles goes flying off and crashes to the floor from the impact on the guardrail, holding his chest as he has the wind knocked out of him. Hardy now distracts the official as Sabin goes to work on Styles, putting the boots to him before rolling him back onto the apron. As Styles leans through the ropes, Hardy climbs up to the middle ropes in the corner, and as soon as AJ sticks his head into the ring, Hardy comes leaping off with a guillotine leg drop, crunching Styles face first into the mat! Hardy pins Styles down, but the champion rolls his shoulder out at the two!

V1 now pulls Styles up to his feet and drills him in the mouth with a right hand, followed up by an open handed slap to the chest. AJ falls back into the ropes and Hardy fires him across, but Styles springs back off the ropes with a moonsault! However, Hardy ducks under it taps his head, but Styles lands on his feet! As soon as Hardy turns around, AJ kicks him in the gut and hoists him up into an Outsider Edge set up, and then takes him down with a DDT head first into the mat! The crowd cheers for the innovative move as Styles covers for the one, two, TWO! Hardy kicks out!

Sabin now slides into the ring, having seen enough of this and rushes Styles, but AJ ducks him and sets his feet, drilling him with a rolling heel kick on the return! Sabin drops down to the mat and pops back up to his feet, falling into the ropes, just to be clotheslined over them and to the outside! However, as soon as Styles turns back towards Hardy, Version 1 cradles his head and goes for the Side Effect, but Styles fights his way free with elbow shots to the head. Hardy stumbles backwards and comes back towards the champ, and Styles lifts him onto his shoulders for a Samoan drop, and then swings Hardy off and back of the head first into his knee!

The crowd gets behind the champion as he climbs to the top rope, measuring his laid out opponent. He then flies off with a twisting corkscrew, but Hardy rolls out of the way! Styles goes crashing into the mat and rebounds off of it, sprawled out! Hardy pulls himself up, and AJ with him, going for the Twist of Fate! However, AJ shove shim off into the ropes on the spin and goes for a wild lariat, but Hardy catches, hooks, and JAMS him into the mat with a Side Effect, covering for the one, two, TWO!

The crowd pops loudly as Styles kicks out, and Hardy is pissed! Matt gets back up to his feet, getting ready to finish this one off, pulling AJ up and into a double underhook, going for the Styles Clash! AJ battles it, not allowing himself to be hooked into his own move, and he manages to take Hardy over with a Hurricanrana out of nowhere!

Matt goes rolling forward and right back to his feet, and AJ now underhooks HIM, going for the finish! Sabin then quickly leaps to the apron, and Styles releases Hardy, rushing towards him, but Sabin grapevines Styles throat first across the top rope! The ref them immediately gets on Sabin, ordering him to the back! Meanwhile, Styles goes back bumping right into the TWIST OF FATE! Hardy hooks the leg, having Styles pinned for the three, but the official is busy with Sabin!
















The crowd then EXPLODES as Smackdown’s REY MYSTERIO comes out of nowhere and springs up to the top rope, flying off and Dropping the Dog on Hardy!


Matt goes rolling off of Styles and leans against the middle ropes, shaking his head out. The crowd then ROARS as Mysterio comes flying in, drilling Hardy with the 6-1-9!! Mysterio quickly slides to the outside as JR goes on and on about how Mysterio must have been traded over for Edge!

Hardy goes flying back into the middle of the ring, and as soon as he stumbles up to his feet, he walks right into the set up, and is JAMMED into the mat with the Styles Clash!! The ref slides into position, counting the one, two, THREE!


“I Am” blasts over the speakers as Styles is handed his International Championship! Mysterio pulls AJ out of the ring as Sabin and Test slide in, and the two make their way back up the ramp in celebration!
