TIME TO PLAY THE GAAAAAAME!!








Motorhead's theme and Lemmy's laugh hit the speakers as the lights flash above the entrance way. This signals the arrival of the EX Heavyweight Champion, Triple H! The Game stands under the entrance and unscrews a bottle of water, dousing it on his head and storming out, spewing it and focusing on the ring ahead of him. Triple H leaps to the apron and waits for a moment, tossing the water bottle to the crowd and spitting the rest out. He flexes and gives a second cloud, stepping through the ropes and going to the corner to flex again.





The lights in the arena then go out as the Y2J counter counts down, and once it reaches 2, with the “Y” and the “J” on either side of it, “Break The Walls Down” blasts over the speakers, setting off a stream of pyros! As soon as the lights come back up, there stands the Heavyweight Champion, Chris Jericho!











Jericho then turns to the crowd with the championship strapped firmly around his waist, and the fans cheer loudly as he makes his way down to the ring! Once at ringside, he walks up the ring steps and lion walks along the apron before staring ahead at Triple H, narrowing his eyes at him and steps inside the ring.


HHH stands his ground, not giving an inch to Jericho. The only thing that moves on him is his eyes, following the championship from Jericho's waist to Senior Official Earl Hebner's hands. Jericho then meets Hunter in the middle of the ring and butts chests with him, backs off a foot and gives him the "F-Off" sign, calling him on! Triple H answers with a pie face to him and then sends a closed fist to follow, but Jericho ducks the fist and gives a side kick to Hunter's knee, buckling it. Chris then hammers Hunter with a forearm and leans him against the ropes, but Hunter reverses the Irish whip, and then Jericho comes flying in off the ropes with a forearm shot, knocking Hunter to his ass!

Triple H bounces and moves back up to his feet, leaning against the corner. Jericho follows him in and sends a HARD chop across his chest, which shoots the air right out of Helmsley. Triple H goes to stand back up and is met by ANOTHER chop from Jericho. Chris then sends him in for the ride again, watching as HHH hits the corner and flips up and over to the apron. Jericho rushes behind him, leaps on the second turnbuckle and bounces off with a dropkick to HHH's chin, knocking him directly to the floor!

The crowd immediately begins to chant "Y2J" repeatedly as Hunter hits the floor, flopping off the barricade! Jericho struts around the ring, making a belt motion around his waist as he measures Hunter. Chris then takes a running start, springing off the ropes in the corner once more and flies over the top rope, crashing onto Hunter with a cross body!

Triple H is laid out from this one as Jericho gets back up to his feet. Y2J stumbles back and drapes his arms across the barricade as the fans all crowd around him, slapping his back and shoulders in congratulations. Jericho starts to rev up from it, chopping his feet and fires right back at Helmsley as soon as he gets to his feet, nailing him to the floor with a forearm shot! Jericho then gets REALLY into it and climbs onto the barricade himself, standing on it and does the Triple H flex and ROAR! He waits for Hunter to stand and leaps back off with an axe handle, but Helmsley puts his hands up, blocking the axe handle with a shot to the rib cage. When Jericho's doubled over, Triple H grabs him and shoves him head first into the ring post!

HHH then backs away and clears his head out, turning around and sees the fans booing, and makes sure to give them all upraised middle fingers. Triple H reaches into the crowd and gets his hand shoved back. The Game glares over and pushes a fan there in the chest, sending him away from his seat. HHH leans in and points and threatens, then snatches the chair that the fan was sitting on. HHH stands over Jericho, stops to jaw with the fan again and CLAPS it over Y2J's back, turning around and giving a crotch chop where he was!

Jericho goes stumbling around the ring with his back arched, grimacing in pain. He leans against the barricade as Hunter stalks in after him, meeting him with a knee lift as he approaches. He then goes to fire him across, but Hunter reverses the whip, and Jericho leaps feet first onto the ring steps, flying back off of them and towards Hunter, who BLASTS him across the head with the chair!!

Triple H turns around where the fan was and tosses the chair back at him, giving him a sarcastic thumbs up. The Game rolls Jericho back inside the ring and stalks around him, circling and driving a knee into the small of his back! Triple H pulls him up by the hair and Irish whips him into the corner with enough force to shake the entire ring! Jericho hits the corner hard and immediately crashes face first into the mat, arching his back in pain. Triple H nudges him with his foot, yelling at him to give it up the entire time. HHH then puts a knee in the small of his back and pulls back on his chin with an Indian Death lock, using both hands to try and break his spine! Jericho reaches for the ropes and finally grabs them.

Triple H looks to Hebner and then keeps it on past the five count. At 10, Helmsley finally breaks it and gives Earl a nod. "That one's for you, Earl" and then gives a second boot to Chris' spine. Triple H yanks him up again and tries to get Jericho to his feet. Chris turns and punches him in the midsection, trying to work his way up. Triple H bends forward and then raises a knee beneath his chin, sending him back to the mat. HHH drops down onto Jericho, waiting for the count. He gets a 1...2. and ONLY a 2 as Jericho kicks out at the last second.

Hunter pulls him up again and hoists him to his feet with a bear hug, squeezing the breath out of him and kneading into his back. Helmsley then goes back against the ropes and whips Jericho across, ducking down for a Spine Buster. Y2J goes airborne instead, sunset flipping over him, and as soon as he gets HHH down on the mat, he stands up with it. Jericho then keeps hold of his legs and gets all the way to his feet with a Walls of Jericho!

The crowd goes WILD as Hunter’s head bobs up and down, SCREAMING out in pain and tries to reach for the ropes! Just as he’s about to grab them, Jericho pulls him into the middle of the ring, screaming at Hebner to “ASK HIM! ASK THAT SON ON A BITCH!”, but Hunter screams out “Noooooooo!”


RIC FLAIR then comes racing down the ramp, circling around the ring and climbs onto the apron, yelling in at Hebner all red faced! As Hebner tends to Flair, BATISTA comes tearing down the ramp, but as soon as he climbs onto the apron, BOBBY RUDE from Team Canada pulls his foot out from under him, and Batista’s jaw cracks on the apron! This jolts Batista back and he falls over the barricade and into the crowd, knocked silly!

Rude looks shocked as Batista falls into the crowd, and he shrugs his shoulders, hopping over the barricade himself and starts to drag Batista through the crowd! Meanwhile, SEAN O’HAIRE is next to hit the ring, but as soon as he hits the apron, Jericho releases Hunter and springs out of the corner with another dropkick, sending the former International Champion crashing to the floor!

Jericho then rushes the other side and knocks Flair off the apron with a right hand, sending him to the floor! Y2J is all revved up now as the crowd gets behind him, and he takes off across the ring, springing off the ropes with the Lion Sault, but Hunter moves out of the way and Jericho gets nothing but canvas!

HHH then pulls himself up and Jericho into a double underhook, but Y2J pulls his legs out from under him and slingshots him into the ropes, knocking Ric BACK off the apron once again!! As Hunter stumbles back towards him, Jericho rushes at him with a running enzaguri, DRILLING him across the side of the head! Y2J then dives onto him for the cover, but O’Haire pulls Jericho’s leg from the outside, pulling him out and DRILLS him with a savant kick, dropping him to the floor!

Sean grabs Jericho and throws him head first back into the ring. He stops and goes over to the side and tosses in a steel chair, not content with the win only. Triple H moves slowly over to where the chair is and grabs hold of its legs...turning to see where Jericho is.
















The fans in the area go nuts however, when JEFF JARRETT slides in under the bottom rope, brandishing a chair of his own. He sees Triple H get up to his feet and shakes his head up and down. HHH turns around to set his own feet and sees JJ standing there. A split second of recognition later, and Jarrett parts his hair with a LOUD chair shot!


JJ then moves quickly and does the same to O'Haire the second he hits the apron. Jeff turns, and signals to Jericho to take his cover as he holds off the Authority! Jericho looks as shocked as everybody else and takes advantage, springing off the ropes with the Lion Sault and lands square across Hunter's chest, covering for the one, two, THREE!


"Break The Walls Down" then blasts over the speakers as Earl Hebner puts this one to an end, handing Jericho his championship!


Jarrett gives a watchful eye as he hands over the championship. He then steps through the ropes and points to Jericho, mouthing the words "You Owe Me..." as he heads back up the ramp, and Raw comes to a close as JR screams out repeatedly that "DOUBLE J IS BACK! HE'S BACK! MY GOD, HE'S BACK!"
