During times of great stress, I often find it helpful to remember Alan Partridge's Lessons In Life Management, or LILM- in which he outlines a three point plan for personal success:

1. THINK.

2. ACT.

3. THAT'S IT.

Technically only a two point plan, but the third point does add an extra prong to the trident.
It's a two pronged trident.
A bident.

I'd also like to say best of luck to James "John" Mapletoft, whose dissertation is due in today-
hope you got it finished!
