Subject: Free Recording Studio Time

5 free hours of studio time:

I am a studio owner/engineer that is looking for bands that want to record. You don't have to buy any blocks of time or pay for anything else. So whether you would be looking to record a demo cd, a full length cd or just a few acoustic songs, your first 5 hours are free.

The reason for the free time is so that I can create a compilation CD for my website. The other reason is that I probably enjoy recording music just as much as you enjoy making it. I recently expanded with a Pro Tools system and would like to work with different music artists. My studio and gear are all professional and worth your time to check out.

To check out the studio website, please go to www.Treeside.4t.com.
To book studio time or for questions regarding the studio, call (330) 836-9159 or email me at TreesideRecording@sbcglobal.net.

Akron rock band seeks second guitar player. We are currently a three piece: drums, bass, guitar/vox. We have a set’s worth of tunes written, and are in the process of putting it together. The sound is comprised of melodic vocals, driving guitars and bass with a heavy backbeat creating a unique, yet universal rock sound. We are dedicated, experienced musicians seeking the same. If you can’t rehearse two to three nights a week and do at least two shows a month, please don’t respond to this ad.

Interested guitar players, email us at hombre_despierto@yahoo.com

Thanks.

Singer/guitar player and bass player with pro gear and lots of experience seek drummer with the same. The music is driving rock steeped in pure driven guitar tones and topped with very melodic vocals that demands a beat slammed down into the pocket. I don't like listing influences because more often than not bands sound just like the influences they list. Our style is reminiscent of many things, but the sound is our own. To give you a better idea of where we're coming from I'll list a few we like, although we're not trying to be any of these bands:
The Cars, Guided By Voices, Pixies, Rolling Stones, The Glands, The Beatles, Weezer.
We're looking for a rock solid drummer to help us put these tunes together before we complete the band with a second guitar player.
