Subject: Oh let me tell ya what happen yesterday, .. See below

Well First the night before they asked me to come in early as they were going to be short, cashiers, ..Why didn't they tell me that someone called in and wanted to know if someone could change with them...I assumed they had just not filled that time slot..well Like a nut I told them I'd come in early and leave early that way I didn't have to close..Well I know sooner got there yesterday I was the one that went from register to register to let the one's that have been there since 5am take breaks lunch or what was needed..Here's the problem, I went to lawn and garden was relieving the girl out there for lunch we get 1 hours well 1 hour and 40 mins went by and she finally returned, I had already relieved another at 10 for lunch which then I'm due a break when the second girl gets back 2 hours..but she was 40 mins late..do you see a picture here??
Did they say one thing to her NOPE..she's a friend of the Head Cashier..When did I get a break..1pm..15 mins and which I should have just had lunch..DAH

Don't get me wrong I love the JOB, they just need orgination really really bad, and get rid of the ciques they have going there, what did they expect when they hired and let 18 year olds be in charge.
they are not mature enough to do the job

Laura, Im off today, I go to work tomorrow at 2pm till close, then I come in at 10am in the morning, until 7pm on Friday..do you see that doesn't give much time from one shift to another..they haven't a clue. I could run that store better then they can, its no wonder they can't keep good help they let the inmature take over. Its like having Maggie in charge or Brittany..Jylyan might have 1/2 a clue as she's been working for over a year now.. -- Patti, 13:07:42 09/04/02 Wed
