Statements like this trouble me because salvation is so personal a relationship between you and Jesus that you should look to Him not only as your God, Lord and Savior but also your closest friend. One who is there 24/7.

I often talk to Jesus in conversation just as you would a close friend in the flesh. If your relationship with Him is not such I would urge you spend time developing that relationship. He really wants that relationship with each of His children.

My spirit is willing, but I don't have the resolve or discipline I need to be more closely in touch with the Word. That is why I so enjoy what you bring to this room. You have brought me so much closer to Him. For that I will always love you.
