I had an attack tonight but it lasted only a few minutes.

I am doing better though .
Glad about that and most thankful to God .

We are having some great weather. Had the windows open in the home today . Nice , sunny , breezy and dry.

Hope you are enjoying the week-end in whatever it is you do

Boy I wish it was cool enough to open our windows!
I live near Houston. When I first came here from Phila in 1977 they told me about 'open window day' which basically refers to the short period of time they think is temperate, usually in October...when it cools enough from the hot hot summer to open the windows. Actually I find the weather pretty temperate all through the winter and well into most springs. Lately it's been from the low nineties to about 100 degrees so not any window action going on around here.;-)

Julie, I'm sorry you had an attack last night, but I'm glad it passed and you're better. My heart goes out to you and I feel so frustrated for you that this is happening to you. Please know I continue to pray for you to be well soon.

It is a frustrating disorder. My family is taking a mini vacation to see Niagara Falls- and I am back to eating only pudding and soft ice cream because anything else sets off an attack.

I am glad to be well enough to go and if someone has to be suffering --I'd rather it be me than my husband or kids any day .
