This area of study is something I have never gotten in to. I do realize there will be signs in the heavens and the moon turns bloody as prophesied in Joel 2:31, Acts 2:20 (which is cited from Joel in the text) and Revelation 6:12 which connects the blood moon with the 6th seal.

I will say this though. I picture the fulfillment of these verses as being a moon that looks very much like blood. Much more so than what I have seen in that which is called blood moons.

I really don't know enough to form an opinion as to whether Koenig and Hagee are correct in their teaching on these things.

I have seen reddish moons but I have never witnessed a moon that reminded me of blood for its deep red color.
