There are so many mysteries in the Bible that it would take a life time to explore them all. At best we can only see the tip of the iceberg.

For instance when Jesus told us we could not know the day nor the hour of His return it did not mean He hasn't given the clues in His Word. He has however written them in such a way as to make fools of those who would try to pin point His coming for the Church when he plainly said He would come as a thief in the night. We are to watch but we still won't know the day nor the hour. We can however read the signs and know it is close.
