I'd love to add the information to the Guide, but apart from adding the link to every page with a ferry service I can't think where it would go.

I think my mistake was to google a specific journey (rather than ferries in general). You quickly end up in either a lousy UK-based site that doesn't seem to have any info or the dreaded Greek ferry booking system (designed pre-1990, at a guess). Either way you have to start a booking (dates, travellers' ages and in some cases their names) before getting any timetable information. So this is gold dust, hellasmale.

(That said, I threw the towel in this afternoon and booked flights instead. Italy-Corfu by ferry looks doable. But trying to line up a train ride through Europe, a stay in Venice and *then* a ferry to Corfu that arrives before the car hire offices close... well, there comes a point where a quick trip to the easyJet site wins out.)
