I visited Leros in October 2020. It was not surprisingly quiet due to the pandemic - the Greeks were allowing tourists in though. I visited Kokkina beach 6 times over the week and I was generally the only visitor there. I was nude all the time - a few people came and most of them then went nude. I can also confirm there is a official nude beach right beside Kokkina - it is easiest to swim there from Kokkina. However this official nude beach loses sun quite early.
