There is a taxiboat to Sweetwater every morning which leaves Sfakia about 10.15am. It drops people at Sweetwater then goes on to pick up people from Loutro about 10.45am. The boat then returns late afternoon and takes people back to either Loutro or Sfakia. The times may vary depending on the time of year. There is an excellent taverna at Sweetwater where the boat docks. In recent years a toilet has been built. Its one of Mrs Eros and I favourite beaches in the universe. Wonderful setting. Back in Crete shortly but unfortunately not near to Sweetwater this year.
