 I go to Naxos every year. The place I like the most is at Plaka about 100m after the Plaza Beach hotel (in front of hotels Gold Sand and Maistrali if you check on booking.com). This area has the best waters and best sand quality and a varying number of nudist use it. Alyko is also nice always but I would avoid on the most windy days as the sea gets quite rough for swimming. Both Kedros and Hawai in Alyko are worth checking out. In Kedros there are few wild campers on the trees behind. Other options are the middle section of Agios Prokopios, Plaka after 3 brothers tavern. I have not tried Agia Anna myself but according to others it is an option as well.
