Subject: Since I'm heading out: Setting information

The levels increase in class as you go up. The dirtiest, least desirable level is the bottom of thirteen---the nicest is the top level.

Each level is roughly 30 stories tall and is comprimised of buildings and such.

The top level reaches sunlight, and is the only level you can get to the palaces from, besides the sewer canals. The main form of transport is a sky-train system. W00t.

The price of goods also raises with the levels, but so does quality, so it evens out in the end. The top level is also the only level you can charter a space-ship (as it is...) from. No chartering unless i'm here!!! =P I have IDEAS!!

But i've gotta go.
