That night Fenrir had a dream. He was standing in a dark field when a shadow appeared near by.

Shadow: Fenrir . . .

Fenrir: You . . . you have returned. But how? I killed you, twice now have I killed you.

Shadow: You can never kill me, I am the ever living, the eternal darkness.

Fenrir: What do you want from me? Why can't you just leave me alone!

Shadow: You are mine, you belong to me. When you were lost, I found you and raised you. I gave you a new family.

Fenrir: A family? Ha. You used me to kill any who stood in your way.

Shadow: And you were so good at it. You were my greatest student.

Fenrir: Well I'm not your's anymore. I no longer serve you.

Shadow: Oh, but you will. I am going to kill them all you know. It was I who sent the demon Yawgmoth. He failed due to the intervention of that idiotic thief. My latest servant is proving quite skillful though. He will be along shortly to kill all of them, and then you will be all alone again. Then you will return to my service.

Fenrir: Never! I will never allow you to kill them. I will stop whatever demon it is that you have sent. And right before I finish it off I am going to find out where you are hiding. And when I do, I am going to come and finish you off once and for all.
