Well, just to follow up...The oat (cat) grass dried out pretty well, but had to resort to the toaster oven as the humidity here has been 110% lately. The lemon verbena and fennel dried well, though, just hanging in the laundry room. The Woolies gobbled it all down, leaves, stems, and all so I guess my initial attempt has been a success so I am going to try to dry some of the lemon grass and mint and see what happens--maybe the clover too. Will let you all know.
