Hello everyone! My name is Yulia and I recently moved to USA (Phoenix, AZ) from Russia.
I have two wonderful almost 6 months old bunnies. Both are does, broken red mini rex Niki and sable point holland lop Vicki.
We bought them from a local breeder as show/breeding bunnies and our pets at the same time. They both were 5 weeks old when they got to our house; both were showing good promises to grow up in show girls, but unfortunately they both did not make it. Nicki weighs over 5 pounds now and her ears are longer that they suppose to be, and Vicki has got too long ears and too bonny body for the show rabbit.
Anyway, they both are incredibly cute and very sweet, have different from each other, very interesting colorful personalities and they always have been living together. I have heard many times that two same-sex bunnies can not live together unless they are fixed. Well, everybody who says so is welcome to see Vicki & Niki! How beautiful can be relationships between two not fixed bunnies¡Ötheir life is each other, they do everything together¡Öthey sleep together, they eat together, they play together, they even poop together, sitting with very serious and concentrated looking butt to butt :-)). It is just amazing to watch how they love each other and how care of each other, how they groom and interact with each other! After seeing that, a single bunny would seem kind of not natural, lonely and poor©¼
So we love them so much, but at the same time I am seriously getting into show & breeding stuff; would love to buy some bunnies from the proved breeders (proved bloodlines). And it is becoming really important to me. So after long hesitations I decided that it would be better for me and for our bunnies to find another loving owner who would not be interested in showing and breeding, would not care about rabbit's standards and will love these beautiful girls just the way they are, for their cuteness and loving personalities, and would be willing to have them just as pets.
They are in perfect age for it I think. From one side they are still very young (only 6 months old), and from another side, it is already the age when an owner should not worry about babby-bunny¡¯s diarrhea and everything that is safe for adult bunnies but dangerous for babbies.
Everyday we play with them outside the cage for minimum 1 hour, so this way they can run and jump, enjoying it so much. They are really wonderful bunnies and absolutely deserve to find the most loving family to move in!
I will let them go ONLY together, as they were always together and I would never ever let to separate them! Also I want to make sure that the people who would be interested to adopt them had experience of taking care of bunnies and are fully realizing what bunnies are; that they are little cute perfect destroying machines, who can chew wires and everything that can be chewed at all if you are not watching them, can poop all ever the carpet just to mark their territory (fortunately, bunny¡¯s poop is dry and does not leave any marks), and possibly spray their urine in the future when they are mature (they have not done it yet, but they are still young, so who knows©¼).
I am giving them away only to person who will not see any problem of having indoor (of course! and only!) their pretty big (I would say even huge) comfortable cage 48x24x24 inches (the cage if very comfortable not only for bunnies but also for cleaning, as it has two bottom trays, two doors and a roof that can be easily opened. A couple months ago we paid for this new custom cage $120, so this is not necessary, but it would be really nice if I could get at least half of the cage¡¯s price; it would really help me to order one more for the bunnies I am going to get. But as I said this is absolutely not necessary, and if the family does not have this money, but will be absolutely wonderful place for bunnies to be in, I would be happy to give it all for free, including of course all their toys and a wonderful wood house inside the cage.
And finally, I would not want them to be a present for the kids who just want a new toy and after all will get tired and forget about them; but as I said I would like their new owners will be adults who are fully realizing what bunnies are and all the responsibilities they are getting by bringing animals to their home.
I really and truly want them to be very happy, happier than they are right now with me when I do not have too much time to play with them, dealing with another show/breeding bunnies and other stuff, so poor girls have to sit almost all the time in the cage. And a person who is interested in pets would pay them so much more attention than I do.

PS. The bunnies on my avatar are Vicki & Niki when they were about 2.5 months old.
