Well, I am certainly no expert, but I can tell you what I have done for my bunny. I planted a mixture of veggies, flowers, and herbs. Here is what she seems to like best.

Veggies:
Beans. The leaves, stems, everything.
Peas. Same thing. They especially like the little sugar peas.

Herbs:
Rosemary, parsley, cilantro, oregano, basil, sage, dill, and peppermint. I think the dill and peppermint are her favorite. I think she will also like the cammomile if I can get it to grow :-)

Flowers:
Roses (her favorite). Petunias, Marigolds, and Nasturtiums. I think you can also give them pansies. But the weather is too hot here for that right now.

I would say spring is probably the best time to get things going, but keep in mind that there are also some plants that do well in the fall. Like peas, kale, collards, cabbage, broccoli, pansies...... It all depends on where you are located.

Be sure to check out the list on the house rabbit society's web page so you can avoid the posionus plants like potatoes, azaleas, impatiens(?).... just to name a few.

Your bunny will love all the vegetables and goodies along with having a safe place to romp (supervised of course :-))
