First of all, an "IS3", or "Iosif Stail 3", as it's official name was, was a russian heavy (breakthrough) tank, with one of teh thickest front plates of all tanks during WW2 (to be precise, it entered service about the time the war ended, so if it can be called a "WW2 tank" is debated).

Second, a panzerfaust was a mass-produced german one-shot anti-tank weapon, more or less consisting of a the missile and a launching tube that could be thrown away after use. The missile utilized "HEAT" to virtualy blast holes trough its target, making it quite deadly... and the fact that so many were produced, not to mention the ease-of-use, didn't make it any easier...
