 My dad -Nicolla L. Espisito passed away in '03 and wanted to "go home" to the Veteran's Hospital near Chicago, Illinois his hometown. He was a police officer for the city for 35 years and was proud to have served and been one of the youngest guys at the last attended reunion. Dad was only sixteen when he enlisted.
