Para variar, o Heitor sempre levantando o ego de seus atletas (no meu caso ex-atleta) com elogios merecidos e um pensamento positivo. Foi dessa forma que ele conseguiu trazer a YTTA � supremacia e hegemonia a n�veis nacionais, trabalhando a parte psicol�gica de seus alunos, fator fundamental na carreira de um atleta. Obrigado Heitor, pelo incentivo que voc� me deu ao t�nis de mesa, por sua ajuda nos meus momentos de dificuldade, pelas suas congratula��es nas minhas vit�rias e principalmente por essa enorme aten��o que voc� ainda tem pelos seus ex-atletas. Continue levando a bandeira da YTTA ao topo do p�dio!
