hey honey,

that must have been scary!!!

as to how i handle cravings, well.... i eat ;-)

first of all, i don't eat sugar at all, so that's not a problem, but i actually find that if i DON'T eat when i'm craving like that, it catches up to me in a big way later. so i'm better off just giving in to the momentary craving with some kind of legal, sugarfree but satisfying treat, and letting it go.
