Draw a picture of you or the diseased or wounded person.Clearly point out the problem in the picture:a large hammer represents a headache:black worms represent a virus: a broken limb,sore, etc.Charge a red candle with helaing energy.Light the candles flame.Hold the tip of the picture into the flame.After it's lit,drop it into a heat proof container. Now, the red candle is still burning, draw anotehr picture of yourself without the headache,free of disease.place this picture under the candle and let it burn out.

do that with Epona - the centaur. She has a hurt left hock. can you hal her for me?
