Author: Diamonds and Pearls State was fun, we just didnt feel the crown did not represent the title. The talent crowns were really small for the money , and the "state" status, they should have been bigger.

I think Rhonda runs a great system but I dont think her talent queens get the respect they deserve. I think it takes just as much to do talent as it does to beauty model or proam. All I am saying is that if everyone feels talent is not as important then we will quit working on talent...

The winners of these titles were notified at the pageant that an "emergency" had come up with the original crowns and that Rhonda substituted what she had at crowning that day.
